Your property enquiries

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, optional telephone number, subject and message. An enquiry about a property also includes its reference and the originating page.

We use this information to reply, follow up on your project and, where relevant, prepare or perform an agency mandate. Access is limited to authorised people and providers needed to handle and deliver messages. We do not sell your data or use it for unsolicited marketing without an appropriate basis.

Website operation and security

Hosting and delivering pages involves technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and connection logs. To protect forms against abuse, our application records a hash of the IP address, browser information and the request date. The administration area is restricted to authorised people.

These activities support website delivery, security, abuse prevention and legal obligations. Where the GDPR applies, the bases are steps before entering into a contract or contractual performance, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site, legal obligations and your consent for optional analytics.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 is activated only on marcus.immo after your consent and after the introductory loading screen ends. It measures page views, telephone and email clicks, and successful form submissions. Our tracking does not send form values, URL query parameters or administration traffic. Advertising personalisation is not enabled.

You may decline without losing access to the site and change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Our cookie policy explains storage and external services.

Providers and international transfers

The site uses Lovable Cloud for hosting, the database, files and authentication, together with email delivery services. Google provides fonts, YouTube videos loaded automatically when they become visible on screen and, with your consent, audience analytics.

Depending on the service and its subprocessors, data may be processed outside Switzerland, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Transfers subject to applicable law must be covered by an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, including contractual safeguards. You may ask us for details of the recipients and applicable safeguards.

Retention and protection

Enquiries and project information are kept as long as needed for follow-up, then in accordance with legal retention duties and justified evidential needs. We restrict access and apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. No internet transmission is entirely free of risk.

Your cookie choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage. You may ask the agency to delete an enquiry, subject to applicable retention obligations.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy or transfer of your data, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. We may verify your identity to protect your information.
