Your choice

The banner appears after the introductory loading screen and your first page scroll if you have not yet made a choice. Accept enables Google Analytics; Decline leaves it disabled. Customise lets you review the options before saving. Declining does not prevent you from viewing properties or contacting us.

You can reopen the controls at any time through Cookie settings in the footer or the button below. Each browser and domain retains its own choice.

Necessary storage

The local key marcus:analytics-choice:v1 stores only your accepted or declined choice until you change it or clear browser storage. Navigation preferences and security mechanisms may also be retained; authentication sessions relate only to the administration area.

The hosting provider may process technical logs and platform operation information. Google Fonts connects to Google when pages load. These technical accesses are separate from our GA4 audience analytics.

Google Analytics 4, optional

Tag G-GNGCXKPPYG loads only after acceptance, on marcus.immo and after the introductory loading screen. It remains disabled on the staging site and in administration. Tracking covers visits and contact interactions, without form values or URL query parameters.

Google may use _ga and _ga_GNGCXKPPYG cookies to distinguish browsers and maintain sessions. Their default lifetime is two years and may be renewed on a visit. Our integration does not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals.

Withdrawing consent stops our audience analytics and deletes GA4 cookies accessible to the site. It does not retroactively delete data already processed; contact the agency to exercise your rights.

Videos and external services

The YouTube player loads automatically when its video becomes visible on screen and starts playing muted. This connects to Google/YouTube without requiring a click; Google's own data processing and storage policies then apply. This operates independently of your choice regarding website analytics. External websites apply their own policies.

Browser controls and contact

Your browser lets you inspect, delete or block cookies and local storage. Clearing the saved choice makes the banner appear again. Blocking all storage may affect some features, particularly administration sign-in.
